Calgary and Area Communities

Moving to the Calgary Area?

Whether you are planning to move from BC, Toronto, somewhere else in Canada or just another part of Alberta to the Calgary area you need to find the best community for you and your family.

As a real estate expert, I can provide you with important insights into a range of communities that I work in so you can make a more informed decision. I specialize in helping people locate in Airdrie, Cochrane, Canmore, Rocky View County, and Calgary’s Westside communities. I’m familiar with these communities and can provide you the information you need to help you relocate in a community that is right for you and your family’s lifestyle.

Get the Community Information You Need

Do you want to learn more about a particular community? Are you having difficulties figuring out which neighborhood would be perfect for you and your family? Are you moving out of the area and need information on Calgary and area communities? I’d be pleased to help you find more information.

Here is a bit of information to get you started and I would be happy to provide more information about each community that I work in.

Airdrie Alberta –

The city of Airdrie AB is located 15 minutes north of Calgary within the Calgary–Edmonton corridor at the intersection of Queen Elizabeth II Highway and Highway 567. With a population of over 74,000, Airdrie is a dynamic and growing Alberta city that offers a convenient location and a family orientated lifestyle.

Calgary Alberta –

Calgary is Alberta’s largest city with over 1.3 million residents. Calgary is a modern dynamic city with a diverse set of industries including manufacturing, technology, aviation, and oil industries. Calgary is also home to the second largest number of head offices in Canada. Living in the westside of Calgary gives you great access to downtown, as well as recreational opportunities in Calgary (such as Canada Olympic Park) and a shorter drive to the Rocky Mountains. Calgary is a geographically large city of 825 km2 and is divided into four quadrants on the map (NW, SW, SE, NE). Each area is unique with its own communities.

I specialize in helping clients with relocating and moving to Calgary’s westside. With views of the mountains and easy access to the Foothills and the Rockies many buyers will be attracted to the westside of Calgary.

Canmore Alberta –

The town of Canmore AB is located along the trans-Canada highway about 60 minutes west of Calgary and 20 minutes east of Banff. Canmore is one of Canada’s best known mountain towns where you can live your best mountain lifestyle. Canmore is still relatively small with just 16,000 residents, but still boasts a busy shopping district, restaurants, and nightlife.
